Hello,

The LM73605 and LM73606 are pin-to-pin compatible since both are using the same die in same package (WQFN) with different current trims. 

Refer to the "Current limits and hiccup" section of the electrical characteristics table for more details on the differences:

sorry one more question, for PN : LM73606 the output current is 6A, but the die has 05 ( 5 A), is this this correct? 

Die is marked with 3605 instead of 06.

Please reference the device marking from datasheet "Packaging Information"

If the die marking show look like shown above. 

The internal die is the same for both LM73606 and LM73605.

The LM73606 and LM73605 will have different high-side current limit, low-side current limit, and negative current limit which affects the recommended output current of the part. The LM73606 is recommended to output up to 6A DC load current while the LM73605 is recommended to output up to 5A load current. 

The top marking of the LM73606 will be different from the top marking of the LM73605.
