RD used GanFET with driver for Laser Diode switching.
The Rise time / Fall time of LMG3410R05 I found on TI website is the fast, but it still can not meet customer spec.
RD currently solution is EPC21701. Do you have any recommand?

Could you give me some more information about the specifications of the GaN?
Are you looking for discrete GaN, GaN drivers, or GaN with integrated driver? What slew rate do you need?

RD looks for GaN with integrated driver. They need slew rate as fast as possible.

We offer several products with slew rates as high as 150 V/ns, however, providing a recommendation for a specific part will be difficult without more information about the system such as input/output power and topology.

Customer used GaN FET for Laser Diode in application Lidar.
GaN FET supplier provides GaN FET with driver to RD.
We also show spec of LMG3410R150 to RD. RD think that Fall Time is too long.
