Hi
When the load is 10A, this chip will always protect itself due to overheating. Is there a recommended way to dissipate heat?
Input/Output Voltage >> IN: 12V OUT: 3V/10A
IC and inductor temperature >> about 80 degrees

Hi Gareth,
I don't think OTP would be triggered under 80℃.
And it seems the layout is ok.
Are you sure the device shutdown due to thermal? Is there a hiccup performance?
Could you please show me some waveforms of the case?
Thank you!
