My customer want to find a watchdog timer for CPU which operating in 3.3V

I would like to know TPS3813/TPL5010 which one is better or any other choice.

I'd suggest to go with TPS3813 / TPS3435 (New watch dog in the family with 250nA IQ and wide range of WD time out option).
