Is it possible that noise inside TPSM53602 appears on signal from PGOOD pin?
Please refer to attached file.
We captured waveform of signal from PGOOD pin, and it is seems that there is impulse noise.

Hi,
I don't think it's possible as the waveform isn't tied to the switching frequency of the device. It might be coming from somewhere else (maybe the input power?).
I don't believe it should be an issue, and I don't think the issue will appear if you tie the PGOOD pin to a voltage source with a ~100kOhm resistor.
Thanks,
Andrew
