Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS63901
3 years ago there wasn't a replacement for the TPS63900 programmable buck-boost that has an Iq of 75nA (typ). I designed the TPS63900 into a new product only to find what was there has disappeared. Then TI released the TPS63901 - same circuitry, different package.
Do you have an alternative yet for the TPS63900 in the same package? Forecasts show the TPS63900 won't be available until late 2023, first Q 2024.
