Hi team,

Does BQ24232 support dead battery, like this device working at Vbat = 0V? Like no battery present.

Hi Oliver,

Yes, the device will charge with the rate of IBAT(SC) which is typical 7.5mA if it sees VBAT is 0V. If there is no battery present (VBAT = Hi-z) then the device will run through the battery detection routine.
