    Hi, Shubiao,

    There is not a direct answer to that question.

    The maximum switching frequency is limited by the power dissipation resulting from the capacitive load, series gate resistor, frequency, and operating voltage. The datasheet has information on how to calculate the power dissipation, and as long as it is below the maximum power handling of the device, then that combination may be used.

    If the power supply is provided, the device can operate down to dc.
