BQ24100: Discerning full charge or battery absense

Hi team,

Is there any newer device than BQ24100 which has 2 status pin and can discern full charge or battery absense without I2C?

It would be better if there was also Powerpath function.

    Hi Atsushi,

    For 1S standalone charger, try BQ25616.  For 1S host controlled charger, try BQ25620 family.  For 2S-4S host controlled charger, try BQ25798. All of these chargers (and all of our power path chargers) only indirectly indicate missing battery with rapidly changing STAT pin and, for the host controlled chargers, status bits as the BAT capacitors charge, reach termination, discharge, repeat.
