LM61460: Bias input shorted to ground.

LM61460: "Bias" Pin Connection

Our design has 13.5V/4A Output and Vin=25V

As per Table 6-1 in Datasheet BIAS pin is recommended to connected to ground.


In Webench Design the Bias Pin is connected to Vout.


Do I need to connect this BIAS pin to Vout or Ground for my application?

    Hi,

    Please connect the BIAS pin to ground since the application output voltage is greater than 12V.

    The image of the WEBENCH design connect looks inaccurate, and I will note this to the team to have it fixed in the future updates.
