Our customer is asking in which conduction mode does the BQ25618EVM operate? there is no available information on the datasheets and user's guide.
Is it also possible to change the conduction mode of the IC especially BQ25618?

Hi Josel,

There is no way to directly change the conduction mode for the BQ25618. The device works in both PWM and PFM mode, depending on the buck load (charging current and SYS current). PFM mode can be disabled using the PFM_DIS bit. See Section 8.3.3.5 of the datasheet.
