DCPA10505: Output voltage oscillation

I forgot informing the output current, which is 0A to 0.15A.
The waveform shows in 0A case. But in 0.15A case, the Output voltage oscillation happens.

Yes, The customer mentioned that he could see the voltage oscitation at +Vout with respect tp -Vout.  the customer see All devices that he get samples which is same lot.

Is this broken?

Can you confirm that the frequency of the oscilation is about 400kHz and the peak-to-peak 

amplitude is about 5V ??

The customer mentioned that the frequency of the oscillation was 417kHz and the peak-to-peak amplitude is about 5V.

I asked the customer to check SWOUT pin. The customer mentioned that he could see the oscillation was 417kHz and the peak-to-peak amplitude is about 10V. But when he touched SWOUT pin with the probe (maybe 10pF load), the voltage oscitation at +Vout was disappeared as the following.

Would you please advise to improve or find the root course?

Does this happen on all of the units they tested? (how many?)

I know the layout is simple but can you share a snapshot of their board (maybe just the DCPA10505 portion)?

The customer mistook the way to probe with oscilloscope. 
As the following test block. the customer used the common GND in oscilloscope.  When the CH1 probe was removed, the waveform of CH2 is not voltage oscitation at +Vout with respect tp -Vout.
