LM62440-Q1: maximum Isd over temp

Part Number: LM62440-Q1

Hi team,

Could you advise the maximum tolerance of Isd over temperature at given input voltage?

The datasheet EE parameter specifies max tolerance at Tj=25c, so I would like to know this value over temp.

I found Isd vs temp in Figure2 in the datasheet but it seems this is typical value, correct?

I would like to know the max value over temp and process variation.

regards,

  • Hi Tsuji-san,

Figure 2 is the typical shutdown supply current over temperature and over VIN.

However you can see that the actual data in Figure 2 shows that the maximum read current is no more than 3.75uA at the highest input voltage while the electrical characteristics show a max of 6uA. As such, I don't think even the max tolerance would be anymore than 6uA but I will double check with the internal team here.

    Regards,

    Jimmy
