LP8866S-Q1: what is the relation of Dimming Ratio and Dimming resolution

Hi All

In datasheet of LP8866S-Q1,  the Dimming ratio for 152Hz IS 32000:1

and dimming resolution in 152Hz is 16-bit

I would like to know is there any relation between 32000:1 and 16 bit? and where is 32000 come from?
