TPS62843: Question regarding the Iq of the TPS628438

I have a question about the IQ of our TPS628438:

The 1500uA relates to -40 +85 deg.

I would like to understand what is the IQ (typical and maximum) for 10 – 40 deg.

Thank you for reaching out,

As specified in the datasheet, with the given test conditions, the typical Iq is 275 nA and the maximum is 1500nA.

Generally the Iq is measured at the specific temperature points such as Tj= -40, 25, 85, 125.

Please let me know at what Tj you would like to know the Iq.

We are working in temp. ranges of 0oC to 40oC.

Hello Yoav,

I can provide you the Iq for the following temp range.

Iq	Typ	Max
TJ = 0°C to 65°C, VIN = 1.8 V to 5.5 V.	275 nA	920 nA
