LMR14010A: Temperature Plots for Vref

We are currently using the LMR14010A for a relatively time-critical application.

Can you supply some temperature plots for Vref accuracy over temperature? The datasheet does not appear to have them. We know this is +/-3.2 ish % DC from the specs, but it would really be nice to see a curve even if it is typical.

Hi Denislav,

What we are looking for is the part’s consistency vs. temp, not the initial accuracy as much.

If we don’t have the available information, then we are also open to other solutions that would meet <=1% DC in a reasonably similar circuit that are obtainable and cost-comparable.

We are setting the UVLO enable to 7V. Vin 9 to 32V (40V pk for input transients) min acceptable Imax of 0.5A.

I haven't been able to find a <= 1% DC but this one comes close:

The reference voltage is -1.5% to +1%.

I'll assign this post to the engineer in charge of E2E for the month. They are currently OOO so response will be delayed.
