TLV809E: Voltage operating range

Part Number: TLV809E

Hi,

I am working with the customer with TLV809EA29DBZR. H

However, their concern is that All other producers have written the voltage range min 1.2V, but TLV809EA29DBZR part have written min 1.7V.

There is another data Vpor that is in range far lower. Could you please explain what is this 2 information mean for operating of the IC?

  • Hi Andrey,

Thank you for your question. Vpor, Power on Reset Voltage, is the voltage that the device needs to surpass to power on and if the device drops below the Vpor the device will fully turn off. The Vmin is the voltage needed for sustained operation. The device will still function below Vmin, as long as Vdd is greater than Vpor, but performance may be affected.
