TPS54427: Load Transient simulation not allowing changes to load current - Webench

TPS54427 support,

I tried simulating a load transient with TPS54427, and it doesn't allow any change to the load current. It seems to fixed at 10% to 100%.

If you open the settings for the load, you'll see () instead of "I1" and "I2". The values are empty. When you enter values, they aren't stored.

Is this something that can be fixed for the TPS54427 or in Webench?

Hi Darren,
We were able to replicate this and we will fix this issue. Changes will be available on web/production in the first week of March.
We will keep you posted regrading exact date of availability of changes.
Meanwhile, as an alternative you can export TINA model and configure the load transient test bench manually on TINA tool.

Sateesh - I assume you mean PSpice for TI, since TINA doesn't appear to be supported for this part. Unless I'm misunderstanding.

Hi Darren,
We are able to download TINA model for this device on WEBENCH Power Designer. Kindly clear cache and try exporting TINA model of TPS54427 on different browser, it might work.
Please find the Exported TINA model of the device attached here for your quick reference.
