Hello,
It looks like the EV2400 is damaged. You can try running the EV2400 firmware updater available in the EV2400 web page in the -s mode.
Did you get the EV2400 from ti.com? All EV2400 that are shipped by TI are tested prior to packaging.
Please see this E2E thread for reference.

Thank you for the reply Jose.
I purchased this through other authorized distributor.
How do I run the updater in -s mode?
I went through this query https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/1167537/ev2400-ev2400-not-recognized-by-bqstudio-on-windows-10
But I am using 1.3.101 version of bqStudio, therefore I don't suspect my setup.
Hello Vijetha Jain,
Please contact the distributor where you obtained the EV2400.
To run in -s mode simply add "-s" at the end. For instance: EV2400_Updater_vxxxx.exe -s. This is shown in one of the threads in my last reply.
The threads I shared were for reference purpose only. TI is not responsible for faulty products purchased outside of TI.

I tried running in -s mode but it did not seem to work. Does it require any special drivers by any chance?
Of course, the last option is to replace the module.
Hello Vijetha Jain,
No special drivers needed. The EV2400 should set up automatically its drivers in Windows X or higher.
I think your EV2400 might be damaged.
