From the Figure 8-2, the maximum shutdown current seems 1.5uA maximum at 25c, 

but the spec is 6uA maximum for TJ=25c. Max standby currrent is 3.6uA even for +150c from the Figure 8-2. 

Does it mean there is a large amount of variation in test limit or test condition (TJ=25c)is typo?

The spec in EC table is the Isd under 25C and Vin=13.5V.

You can refer to the Fig 8-2 for the full temperature range and Vin range data.

Fig 8-2 data (max1.5uA) is much smaller than 25C data on EC table(6uA max).

Could you explain why 6uA max?
