    Hi Ray,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. The datasheet TPS2399 provides the Junction-to-Ambient Thermal Resistance in an indirect way. It specifies the device power handling capabilities at different ambient temperatures as shown below.

    As this is a controller, the power dissipation depends on the supply current. 

    Based on the input voltage the power dissipation can be calculated.
