Goal is to create 3.3V from 15V
If operated without load it only regulates up to a Vin of 9.7V the output correctly.
Beyond that the Vout increases according to Vin.
If the output load is 660 Ohm everything is fine.
Are there some minimum requirements I have overlooked?
