I am try to run a simulation in TINA with the LM60440A-Q1 - TRANS.lib (see schematics below)

and it fails to run.

Any suggestions?

Hi Giora,

I would suggest to use the PSpice transient model for simulation purposes. Only the PSpice file is available on the tools and simulation section of the product folder.

I am using this model.

It does not work.

You van verify it by using The TSC file I attached before.

Hi Giora,

It is important to use the correct model that is currently supported on the product folder.

If you download the PSpice transient model that I referred to, the folder files would look like below. In it, you will see a opj file that you can open to start simulation for this device.

I ran it on ORCAD and it works all right.

It does not run ON TINA when you are using the lib file.

Hello Giora,

Because I don't have much experience on TINA, I can only comment on PSPICE.

If it is working on ORCAD, please continue using your files using that software.

If you have any specific question on the TI released software on the LM60440-Q1 product folder, please let me know so I can further assist.
