LP8864EVM: LP8864 HARDWARE NOT CONNECT

what you mean about? 12V is used for the power loop. Device needs a 12V to work properly.

but my SVC and SVD no send signal for controller can you tell me why

I use power supply provide 12V for LP8864EVM. look first picture when i click the blue frame button,my waveform for second picture . i always appear connected LP8864 is fail

I remember in another thread, you have connected with the EVM, but report the charge pump fault.

You can check what is the difference between two version.

From my side, pls check with the VDD to see if it is correct.

IF  I  DON't give external 3.3V for VDDEXT. The VDD=2.892V, IF I external the VDD=3.29V,but always appear 

i think possible ic broken. do you think it is possible?

Have you ever connected to EVM in the before? I remember you have seen the charge pump fault.

Yes, it was possible to connect to the EVM before, but I disabled the charge pump, changed the vdd to 5v, and then it will flash, and it is connected to the EVM, but it still cannot control the IC. After a while, it cannot be connected When the EVM is reached, I changed the VDD to 3.3V, but still can't connect to the EVM
