Our simulation schematics is as below.

Simulation results are as below.

 

1)Inductor Current

2)Voltage @ Switch Node

3)Output Voltage

As you can see inductor current seems to be reduced suddenly as soon as switch node gets ON or OFF.

 

As we need to discuss on this topic because we did not seen this issue in actual measurements .

    Hello

    The SPICE models provided for these devices only approximate the behavior of the actual device.

    Since you have confirmed the true behavior of the device on the bench, it would be best to ignore the anomalous behavior of the model.
