Hi Experts,
Please help to confirm with our customer regarding the LM317HVK qualification. Is this a MIL-M38510? or QML-38535?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan,
I don't believe this device adheres to either of those standards:
https://www.ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=LM317HVH
This page lists the military standards the device has been tested at and it shows empty.
The devices tests cover many if not all of these particular standards, however I have contacted the product engineer to see if everything is covered as we don't specify passing this standard.

John
Hi,
Has this part undergone any radiation testing? I am looking to see is this part can pass 2E6 rads.
Regards,
Nathan
Hi Nathan,
I am unaware of any radiation testing procedures, I will have to ask a product engineer on our team who is more familiar with qualification procedures
Regards,
John
Hi Nathan,
Our devices do not adhere to radiation testing standards. We do not perform radiation testing on them. Space power parts are the parts that are rated for radiation use and have the testing to assure reliability under those conditions.

John
