TPS3851: Use WDO as feedback to MR

Part Number: TPS3851

The WDO of TPS3851 is used with feedback to MR.
If so, I have a few questions.

Q1.In this circuit, when WDO is asserted and MR goes "L", RESET is asserted and WDO is in a high impedance state.

The data sheet indicates that 1us is required, but actual measurement shows that RESET is asserted in about 328ns.

*WDO=MR.

In the case of this circuit, we thought it would not be a problem even if 1us was not satisfied.
The reason is that WDO is designed to assert tRST = 200ms (typ), which allows time for MR to be asserted until it detects "L".
Is this understanding correct?

Q2:I understand that MR's VIL is 0.25V.
However, as you can see from the waveform, WDO appears to clamp the voltage around 0.25V.
Considering the possibility of insufficient drive current, I increased the pull-up resistor (10kΩ) on the WDO pin and it was clamped at around 0.25V as well.

Below is the waveform when the pull-up resistor is changed from 10kΩ to 47kΩ.

We would like to assert to 0V if possible.
What could be the cause of the slight voltage?
