LM5122-Q1: boot diode selection

Hi Team, 

we'd like to choose below diode as boot diode. Not sure about leakage current since datasheet just mentioned it need to be low. Thanks. 

VF=715mV@1mA，855mV@10mA

VBR=100V，IR 1uA。

VBR=70V，TJ=150℃，max：50uA

    Hello, 

    Thanks for reaching out. As stated in the datasheet at page 20, section 7.3.9: The leakage current of the boot diode should be always less than the BST charge pump sourcing current. From the EC table at page, the charge pump sourcing current is: 

    Please check the leakage current of the diode against this parameter. Let us know if further support is needed.
