TPS74201: self-consumption current

Hi!

In the case where VIN is 4.2V, Vout is 3.3V, and BIAS is 5V for the TPS74201,

what would be the quiescent current in mA? Can we consider it to be around 4mA flowing through IBIAS?

Hi,

The IBIAS is mostly dependent on temperature, so if your operating condition is lower than 125C, you can expect IBIAS to be less than 4mA.
