TPS1641: Short event and Fast trip event

Hello,

 

I have 2 questions for TPS1641.

 

When the short event occur(IOUT>I_SCP), the switch turns off with tSCP_DLY(=280nsec).

Is this just a delay or a blanking time? If IOUT>I_SCP is removed within this 280nsec (like just a noise), will the switch turns OFF?

 

I have the same question for FASTTRIP event.

If IOUT>I_FASTTRIP condition is removed within tFASTRIP_DLY(=5.65us), will the switch turns OFF?
