LM5146-Q1-EVM12V: Query regarding Ground Plane Under the Inductor

Hi,
We are using LM5146 in our design
Usually as per our layout guidelines, we will not pour ground in between the pins of inductors.
But we have observed that ground plane has provided directly under the inductor (In Layer 1) this might results in  the lines of magnetic force pass through the GND layer, which is a conductor, and eddy currents will be  generated
LM5146EVM it is given like that as shown below:




Kindly let us know if there is any reason for the same related to the power loops ?
