TPS63020: Reset IC by EN pin

Hi Team,

My customer would like to reset TPS63020 by EN pin. Bu we cannot successfully reset it when we sent a 22ms low pulse. The waveform as below.

Could you please provide the response time of EN pin and how long are you suggest for the low pulse to reset TPS63020? Thanks.

    Hi  Hardy,

    According your picture, \the device stop working as soon as EN is pulled to low.

    After EN is pulled low, circuit in next stage will be powered by output cap and you can see the Vout drop down quickly,  When the output voltage below some threshold, the consumption decrease to a very low level and i think reset already happen at this time.
