Hi team,

My customer is evaluating half bridge driver over 150V, and they require mainstream and low-cost model. 

I'm promoting UCC27714 to the customer. Do you have better suggestions?

    Hello Frank,

    For the >150V capability half bridge driver, the UCC27712 will be a more cost effective solution than the UCC27714 if the SOIC-8 package is acceptable in this application. The UCC27710 is another option but the drive strength is lower than the UCC27712.
