LM7705: vs LM27761: higher output current supported at -0.232V?

Part Number: LM7705
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM27761

Team,

LM7705 can only source 26mA @ -0.232V.

-Do we have some comparable ICs that can generate the same negative voltage but with higher current?

Newer IC like LM27761 do not seem to support negative voltages close to 0.
-Are there some possible mechanism to support -0.232V on LM27761?

Thanks in advance,

A.

  • Hi Anthony,

As you sent us an email on the same topic, I would like to continue only through one channel.

Unfortunately, we don't have one in our current portfolio.

Are there some possible mechanism to support -0.232V on LM27761?

It is not possible to generate above -1.5V with LM27761. The regulated output for the device is adjustable between −1.5 V and −5 V.

I would like to discuss further about the application & the use-case offline. Hence, let me close this thread. Hope you agree.
