LM5036: internal auxiliary power fail under power on/off test

Hi,

It looks like we are seeing a serious reliability issue on the internal auxiliary power inside LM5036. 

The outputs of the auxiliary power (VCCP,VCCS) are not correct after long time power on/off test under -40C. (auxilary power only, half bridge power stage was not working).

Any thoughts on the possible causes？
