Dear team,
TPS3840-Q1 is Functiona Safety-Capable device. so we can see FIT rate and FMD report at ti.com.
But the customer want to get FMEDA report and Functional safety manual to get SIL 2(IEC61508) grade for their application. Is it available to get FMEDA data and Functional safety manual for TPS3840-Q1?
