LMR36006-Q1: Part gets too hot

Part Number: LMR36006-Q1

Hi,

I am having an issue with the part LMR36006FSC3RNXTQ1.

I am using it to lower the 24VDC voltage to 3.3V and 0.15A.

I am measuring a case temperature of 70C with ambient temperature of 25C.

I have looked into the Flip Chip temperature specifications and it looks like the pins are used to dissipate the heat to the planes, but in the current design the tracks are pretty small.

I would like to know if it is reliable or if it would be better to change the layout and make the tracks bigger.
