TPS61163A: Duty input resolution

Hi Team,

As title, I would like to check whether our solution can detect the PWM duty lower than 0.5%. I ask because according by our customer test result, the 0.1% PWM duty avg current was higher than 0.3%/0.2%.

We used the meter to measure it.

Hi Roy,

Do you mean the "PWM duty cycle" is the EN pin one-wire programming pulse duty cycle?

Per talked, our accuracy can't control uA value. Which block will affect the accuracy?

Is it possible to add the spec into datasheet?

Hi Roy,

The Analog Dimming Control block is related to the LED brightness, it will have less accuracy when the current set going down. But I think it is hard to add related spec in datasheet.
