BQ27411-G1: Minimum I2C Configuration for BQ27411

Part Number: BQ27411-G1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: GPCCHEM

Hi

We are designing in the BQ27411 Fuel Gauge into an IoT product. The battery being used for the product is given below

Lithium Cobalt Oxide
3.7V Cell voltage
630mAh capacity
4.2V Charge voltage

Is it safe to assume that the ONLY configuration required by the chip, to be done via I2C is the following (as specified in SLUUAP7)

Design Capacity
Design Energy
Terminate Voltage

Taper Rate

Is it also safe to assume that these parameters would have to be loaded onto the BQ27411 every time the device resets, or suffers a brown out and
comes back to life during charging?
