I just applied the TPS7A20 samples and would like to know how can I recognize the pin 1 of the TPS7a20? Thanks.

    Hi Frank,

    Pin one is in a corner of the package.  The dot you see in your image corresponds to the index area of pin 1.

    You see this also in the TPS7A21 (higher current version of the TPS7A20).  The index area also has a dot on the top of the package. Show below is the TPS7A21 installed on an EVM.  Vin in the layout is connected to the ball in the bottom left corner of this image, which is pin one where the dot is located.  This dot convention is common with these small packages.
