Hi,
There seem to be no design tools or SPICE models for this part. Also, it is not supported in Webench.
Are there plans to create a SPICE model or offer a SIMPLUS simulator to allow for more detailed analysis?
Thanks,
Jason.

Hello Jason,
Attached is the link to TPSM5D1806 device page on ti.com
Towards the bottom of the page, you will find the SIMPLIS tool, PSPICE tool, and Webench tool for this device.

Hi,
thanks, Jason.
Hi Jason,
Unfortunately, the PSPICE model is not offered for this device. This also leads to the Webench tool not supporting this device as well, since Webench and PSPICE are linked.
Fortunately, if you download the SIMPLIS software tool on your end, then you will have access to this device on SIMPLIS and be able to run simulations, advanced tools, etc.
Best,
Calan
Hi,
Unfortunately the free SIMPLIS tool cannot run this model as it is only the paid version which runs encrypted models.
He Jason,
there is a webench for the PSM5D1806 as well as SIMPLIS.
If you can not download SIMPLIS, please provide your test condition we can run it from our end.
Thanks!
