Other Parts Discussed in Thread: EV2400
I am currently engaged in the process of utilizing the EV2400 tool to execute the learning cycle of the BQ27742-G1 module. However, I am encountering several issues during the execution:
-
On the "learning cycle" tab, there is a persistent red log message stating "Operation failed because initial read of all data flash failed." Despite this, I am able to initiate the running cycle without any problems, and I can still successfully read data using Commands. Is there a need for concern regarding this log message?
-
In the Discharge sequence, the battery fails to progress to the relax state even after reaching the terminate voltage.
-
I suspect that the cycle's failure to progress to the relax state might be attributed to the MCU's constant current consumption, which hovers around 9mA. (I am utilizing a PCB containing the BQ27742-G1, not the DEV kit.) If my assumption is accurate, what would be the minimum current consumption required for the module to enter the relax state? My battery spec is 630mAh, OCV = 4.15V
Thanks for your support!
And also, here is a reference image, the red log is on the bottom left of the screen.
