UCC25600: How to use

For battery chargers, We typically have two feedback loops: one to regulate the maximum charging current and the other to regulate the maximum charging voltage. The loop with lowest error "wins" and controls the output. This gives a CC/CV charging profile.

 Can we use UCC25600 For CC/CV charging by connecting Two feedback loops to DT PIN so that I can set both voltage and current limits?

One more question is my design is Half Bridge LLC resonant converter with the resonant frequency of 153KHZ. In the data sheet given Maximum soft-start frequency is 142KHZ which is very low which might trigger Hugh starting currents at startup. Please clarify...

This IC does not have Input Voltage Sensing. My design has PFC regulated output voltage range ( 385-420V). How the IC will start without detecting input voltage and when will it start? can you give some inputs regarding startup sequence of this IC .
