UCC28630: Output Voltage is low 13.4V instead of 24V

Part Number: UCC28630
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-00386, , MCF8316A

Hi,

We developed a low voltage ceiling fan controller using TI devices.

Power Supply: TIDA-00386 Power Supply (UCC28630), Flyback transformer is Wurth 750343068

 Motor Control: MCF8316A + MSPFR2433

Problem:

The output voltage earlier was 13.4V instead of 24V when TIDA-00386 is used as it is.

TI Solution suggested to use 1488.SLUC537D.XLSM and modify the components.

We entered all relevant values and enclosed the details.

Ra and Rb are changed as per suggestions. Now the Vdd is 16v and output voltage is 20.5. (still voltages are below requirement which is 24v).

when the fan motor is turned on, motor just moves and power supply voltage falls to 3.4v and everything stops working.

Kindly suggest next steps to resolve the issue.

Thanks and regards
