Hi Xueliang,

It's for powering standard LPDDR4 and LPDDR4X, I though we had standard devices for powering it, do you possibly know it?

I got some information from customer, generally defaut input voltage is 5V output voltage is 1.8V and 1.1V and a reserved 0.6V, thanks!

Sure, TPS51487XA and TPS65296 can support LPDDR4/4X and meet the JEDEC standard. the only difference is the max VIN for the two parts.

The TPS51487XA and TPS65296 can't support automotive Q1, sorry, we don't have parts that can support automotive Q1.
