Hi,
Please provide the following parameters for the conditions mentioned below for part: LM61460AASQRJRRQ

Condition: Vin=13.5V, Vout=3.3V, Iout=4.183 A, Fsw=480 kHz, Lout=4.7uH, Cout= 3*47uF

Parameters:
1) Rise Time and Fall time of Internal switches.
2) Dead time
3) Body diode forward voltage of internal switches
4) gate charge of internal switches.

    Hello,

    These are internal MOSFET parameters and are generally not shared publically. 

    What do you need these parameters for? If you are trying to estimate efficiency, then please use the WEBENCH designer tool since those simulate designs are based off of multiple EVM datasets that are then curve fitted and correlated to allow customers to input their own application parameters.

    If you are interested in load transient simulations, please use the PSPSICE model that is on the product folder.
