Hi Expert

Iam working on topology trade off between different isolated gate driver bias supply for cascoded GaN. I have performing the tradeoff between UCC14240-Q1, UCC25800-Q1,SN6501-Q1 and LM5180-Q1.

Kindlily provide the Detailed design documents of the each one of these topologies (ICs).So that It will be more easy to choose a better topology that better suitable for our design. We are working on a product based design

so that we are planning to confirm TI IC based on the analysis.

Hi Hong,

Thank you for all the suggestions. I already gone through the online documents that are available with the above specified ICs I need Some more information such as design analysis other than the online available details for performing the tradeoff analysis.

if it possible to share the already preconformed simulation files also then it will be more helpful to complete our analysis so that we can save some time also.
