UC2825B: Technical questions

Team, 

My customer has been using this PWM Controller UC2825BN in a flyback converter for 20+ years. They are changing a few parts around this circuitry, especially the switching MOSFET.  They have a few technical questions on UC2825BN, would like some help.   

Few of their questions are:

  1. Does TI have a spice model/simulation for this part?
  2. They have been searching from an application note for this UC2825BN. They are unable to find any good reference on the website beside the UC3823A,Band UC3825A,B Enhanced Generation of PWM Controllers (SLUA125), which is for the UC382X family. Wonder if there is anything else share?
  3. How do they program the duty cycle for the UC2825BN?  The max duty cycle for this part is 50%, wonder if it’s programmable?
  4. In page 8 of the datasheet, LEB programming equation.
    1. Is that equation applicable for UC2825BN?
    2. How do they connect the external R in my circuitry, maybe to pin RT?
