Hi

I am using TPS54116-Q1 for DDR4 power. I am not maintaining seperate grounds i.e analog and digital grounds.

For all pins I am using common digital ground.

Is it ok?

    Hi M K Raju,

    For this device, VTTGND, AGND, and PGND will all be connected to the thermal pad under the PMIC so in this sense the GND pins are all connected anyway. The thermal pad is then connected to any internal GND planes using a healthy amount of vias so all your GND connections end up linked inside the board.

    The device should work as expected under these conditions.
