Does UCC28056 support wave soldering?
If so, is there any problem with the following conditions?
-Maximum temperature: 255℃ or higher
-For 5 seconds

Thank you for your reply.
The document you gave us is the result of evaluation with 16-pin SOIC, but UCC28056 is a 6-pin SOT-23.
Is it correct to say from this document that there is no problem with all surface mount components under the conditions you evaluated?

HI Yamashita-san,

Yes. While the example given is a 16-pin SOIC, the document is meant to apply to all SMT packages.
